Eyewitnesses have reported first-hand accounts of strange occurances, strange individuals and subsequent “off” behavior at two parks in Ludington.
They say these things have been, “out there,” much longer than just recently. Some witnesses accounted for incidents in years past, some in weeks past.
Both of these reports do share one common denominator… however.
- A Ludington man came in from fishing after midnight when he encountered a large, shirtless man making inquiry after inquiry until he who was half in the nude extended the fisherman an invitation to take an interest in his collection of illicit drugs and invited homosexual relations.
- Motorists reported that these very streets are the subjects of cloaked figures masquerading during the evening hours. Sources say they saw at least four of these hoods heading east on Danaher St. on foot. Other witnesses indicated these, “Halloween lovers”, have been prancing around even at Waterfront Park.
Just who are these night walkers?
What is their intention… motivation?
Editor’s Note
INS has dispatched reporter Carl Kolchak for the aforementioned report. In a meeting, the staff was between Kolchak and reporter Barnabas Collins to take the story. When the staff came to their senses, however, they decided they couldn’t in their right mind vote Collins on this one.
-Your humble Editor, Dr. A. Beryl.
At INS, Carl Kolchak is our man on strange incidents.
